How it works
The calculator uses size = rate × time with 1 byte = 8 bits and decimal rate prefixes (1 Mbit/s = 1,000,000 bit/s). It assumes the full nominal rate is usable; real transfers are slower because of protocol overhead, congestion, and latency. Pick what to solve for, then fill in the other two fields.
