Hex → Packet Inspector
Inspect Ethernet, ARP, IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, and ICMP layers from a bounded hex packet.
This tool handles input and primary processing in your browser and is designed not to send the input to QuickKit’s server.

How it works
Paste one packet as hex. Detection uses explicit EtherType or IP version fields only. Recognized Ethernet payloads and IP transport protocols are decoded layer by layer; unknown or ambiguous bytes remain payload. If a TCP, UDP, or ICMP header was not fully captured (including not at all), the network-layer fields are kept and the transport is reported as incomplete; an invalid transport header is still an error. This is not a PCAP reader, does not reassemble fragments, and never transmits bytes.
