How it works
Implements Terraform's cidrhost(prefix, hostnum) behavior. A non-negative hostnum counts from the network address and a negative value counts backward from the end. IPv4 octets with leading zeros are interpreted as decimal for Terraform compatibility. Network and all-ones addresses are returned when requested and labelled rather than rejected. The tool evaluates literal values only and does not apply provider-specific usable-host rules.
